Composition and working principle of slewing mechanism
The slewing mechanism of hydraulic excavator is mainly composed of slewing ring, slewing reducer, slewing brake and slewing hydraulic system.
The slewing bearing of the slewing ring is like a large rolling bearing, its outer ring is connected with the turntable by bolts, the inner ring is connected with the chassis by bolts, and a rolling body is arranged between the inner and outer rings. The vertical load, horizontal load and overturning moment of the excavator working device acting on the turntable are transmitted to the chassis through the turntable, the outer ring, the rolling body and the inner ring of the slewing bearing.
The rotary reducer of the rotary reducer is fixed on the turntable and connected with the output shaft of the rotary motor. The output shaft of the rotary reducer is equipped with a pinion and the rotary bearing is equipped with an inner ring gear. When the rotary motor drives the rotary reducer to rotate, the pinion installed on the output shaft of the rotary reducer engages with the inner ring gear of the rotary bearing, the pinion rotates around its own axis and the central axis of the inner ring gear of the rotary bearing, and the rotation of the pinion drives the rotary table and the working device of the upper machine to rotate together.
